The ability to obtain the information necessary to properly inform a purchasing decision.

User Story Description

Murphy wants to purchase a property. He logs into his favourite City App and selects his area(s) of interest. The City App returns a list of properties for sale that match his search criteria. The list can be ordered (either ascending or descending) by price, energy efficiency rating, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, or location. He selects the first apartment in the list, as ordered by energy efficiency rating. A 3D model of the building is used to display the location of the apartment within the building so that he can see which side of the building its on and how high up it is. The 3D city model is also used to indicate any obstructions to the view from the balcony.

Reading the details of the property, he can see:
  1. The value of the land as a percentage of the entire property;
  2. The location within the building of the assigned car park, and the fact that the car park has a grease trap behind it which will require access twice annually;
  3. The location within the building of the assigned storage cage, and the fact that the storage cage is situated in the laundry which requires special access;
  4. That the property has two separate body corporate fees assigned, and the associated annual fees;
  5. The associated rates and taxes for the property;
  6. Previous sales data; and
  7. The contact details of the property manager.
Murphy decides to refine his search to remove properties where the annual cost of rates, taxes, and body corporate fees does not exceed USD$20,000. A filtered list is returned. He selects a property from the list that he is most interested in and gets in contact with the real estate agent that manages the property to organize an inspection.
