  • The 3 choices in the Doodle Poll (and proposal) for encoding multiple aquifer properties are:
    • A. One observation per value, location associated with observation:
      • pros: simple, metadata can differ per value (procedure, time,)
      • cons: verbose when metadata repeated.
    • B. One observation per many values, location associated with value:
      • pros: not verbose, metadata stated once for many values
      • cons: different metadata per value is more complex
    • C. One observation per value, location associated with feature-of-interest (FOI):
      • Pros: same as A, but more specific about FOI
      • Cons: same as A
